Whisk the sugar, eggs, oil, and honey in a bowl, adding the spices once everything is combined.

Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder. Incorporate everything, turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until a smooth, pliable dough is formed. Shape it into a ball and wrap it in cling film, refrigerating it for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, pour the egg white into a bowl and gradually start sifting the icing sugar over it, until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Uncover the dough, divide it in half and use a rolling pin to spread it into a thickness of 2 cm. Press different shapes into the dough, which you need to transfer into a tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes.
