For these gluten free pralines, we’re going to need the following ingredients:

Pour the coconut milk into a small pan, stirring for 1 minute before adding the pieces of dark chocolate.

Stir constantly until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens up. Allow the mixture to cool down.

Stir in the peanut butter and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Use a spoon to shape up a small ball, in which you need to insert a couple of hazelnut pieces.

Repeat the process for all of the pralines, then pass the balls through the coconut flakes and carob powder alternately and serve immediately.
