Garlic Bread Balls
Theis fluffy balls are the ultimate snack for any garlic enthusiast.
Topped with melted butter and fragrant garlic, they're a flavor explosion in every bite. Serve them warm and watch them disappear!

lukewarm water

melted butter

In a bowl, mix the lukewarm water and sugar, sprinkle over the dried yeast, stir once and leave it for 10 minutes to dissolve. Add the butter, milk, salt, and gradually sift in the flour. Knead the dough, add the oil, and, if necessary, more flour and milk.

Shape the dough into a ball, cover it, and leave it to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

In another bowl, combine the melted butter with the salt, chopped dill and garlic. Mix them together, then divide the dough into 16-18 pieces, shaping each piece with the palm of your hands, until they take a circular shape.

|
Dip the dough balls into the garlic mixture and place them into a bread tray, layering them on 1 or 2 levels.

|
|
Cover the tray with a towel and leave them to rise for 1 hour. Bake them for 30 minutes at 170° C.
