To get started with those homemade chips, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Steps

1
Done

Use a mandoline slicer to cut the potatoes into thin strips and transfer them into a large bowl of cold water. Let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes, a time in which you will see a lot of starch coming out of them. Transfer them into another bowl of cold water.

2
Done

Heat the sunflower oil in a large, non-stick skillet. Place a couple of napkins on a plate and remove the chips from the cold water and dry completely using the napkins.

3
Done

Fry the chips for 4-5 minutes until they change their texture and colour. Take them out on a plate that has a napkin on it and season with salt and pepper.

4
Done

Combine the soy yogurt, finely chopped dill and parsley, seasoning the sauce with granulated garlic, salt, regular and cayenne pepper. Distribute the chips between 4 bowls and serve with the sauce.
