Chips with Yogurt Sauce
Made with crispy baked chips and a creamy and tangy yogurt sauce, this snack is perfect for satisfying your cravings without compromising on taste or nutrition.

Use a mandoline slicer to cut the potatoes into thin strips and transfer them into a large bowl of cold water. Let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes, a time in which you will see a lot of starch coming out of them. Transfer them into another bowl of cold water.

Heat the sunflower oil in a large, non-stick skillet. Place a couple of napkins on a plate and remove the chips from the cold water and dry completely using the napkins.

Fry the chips for 4-5 minutes until they change their texture and colour. Take them out on a plate that has a napkin on it and season with salt and pepper.

Combine the soy yogurt, finely chopped dill and parsley, seasoning the sauce with granulated garlic, salt, regular and cayenne pepper. Distribute the chips between 4 bowls and serve with the sauce.
