Gently lower the corn dogs in the hot oil and fry them for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. You can fry 3 at a time, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool down. For the sauce, mix the mustard with the mayonnaise and the ground cayenne until combined. Dip the corn dogs into the sauce and serve warm or cold. |
