You’re going to need the following ingredients for these gluten free breadsticks:

Sift the gluten free flour in a bowl, then add the fresh yeast, lukewarm water, salt, sugar and olive oil. Knead for about 5-7 minutes, until you reach a smooth texture, shaping the dough up as a ball.

Transfer the dough back into the bowl, cover it and allow it to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Turn out the dough on a lightly floured work surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces, that you need to press on your palm and shape up as a long cigars.

Place them on an oven tray lined with baking paper, and bake for 40 minutes at 170 °C. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then chop the parsley and garlic cloves, combining them.

Brush the sticks with the sauce, then sprinkle the shredded parmesan on top. Serve warm.
