                                          500 g Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix by Radu

                                          1 sachet (17 g) baking powder
- 
                                          1 tsp salt
- 
                                          1 tbsp sugar
- 
                                          1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 
                                          350 ml water
- 
                                          Different flavours jamto spread
Directions
Some amazing gluten free Halloween cookies, that are loved by kids and adults alike! Making them is a really fun activity!

| 2 Done | Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. Break a small piece of the dough , divide it into two equal parts and start rubbing it with your palms, smoothing it up and shaping it as a ball. Press them gently with a rolling pin until you get even shapes. Spread some jam on the first one, not getting too close to the edges. Carve out different faces on the second one, placing it on top of the other. Gently glue them together by pressing the edges. (optionally, dip your fingers in water). |
