For this delicious gluten free salty cheese pie you’re going to need the following ingredients:

In a small bowl, sift the gluten free pastry flour and add the rest of the dry ingredients: baking powder, ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, salt and lemon peel. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.

Preheat the oven to 190 ℃. In a larger bowl, finely grate the salty cheese, pouring in the sunflower oil, almond milk, vanilla extract/essence, sour cream, raisins and the content of the 2 other bowls. Whisk everything in until well combined.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture, levelling it up with a spatula and baking it for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean.

Sprinkle icing sugar on top and allow it to cool down before slicing it into cubes. Whenever you want to eat it again, warm it up for 30 seconds in the microwave or oven.
