To get started with this easy gluten free cheesecake, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Whish 2 eggs and the cream cheese in a bowl. Gradually fold in the sugar and add 2 more eggs.

Pour in the whipping cream and the vanilla extract. Whisk until combined, then sift the flour and guar gum. Preheat the oven to 205 °C.

Line a cake tin with 2 baking sheets and pour in the mixture, level it out and bake for 1 hour.

Allow this easy gluten free cheesecake to cool down for 10 minutes before removing the tin, then let it completely cool down before serving.
