In a large bowl, combine the white and brown rice flour, alongside the millet, lentil and corn flour.

Add the tapioca, potato and corn starch, followed by the psyllium husk and guar gum. Whisk everything in, making sure that all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Store in an air-tight container for 3 months, or until the first ingredient expires.
