These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gluten Advisor (the “App”), The GF Recipes (the “Website”), and any related services, features, accounts, maps, listings, recipes, articles, communications, partner links, advertising, and user-submitted content together called the “Service.”
The Service is operated by Exponential Financial Consult S.R.L., Strada Gheorghe Doja, Nr. 1, Bloc 37D, Etaj 1, Ap. 36, Ploiesti, Judet Prahova, Romania (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

“App” means the Gluten Advisor mobile application.
“Website” means The GF Recipes website, available at https://www.thegfrecipes.com
“Service” means the App, Website, map, listings, articles, recipes, account features, forms, partner links, advertising, and related services.
“Content” means text, images, listings, articles, recipes, map data, icons, logos, software, code, design, databases, user submissions, reviews, venue information, and other material available through the Service.
“User Content” means content submitted by users, including venue suggestions, reviews, corrections, photos, menu information, reports, comments, ratings, profile images, or other submissions.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it results from our fault or a security failure on our side.
We may use third-party authentication providers, including Auth0, Google, and Apple, to manage registration and login.
If the Service allows account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through:
Deleting your account may remove access to saved data, profile information, preferences, saved collections and favourites, reviews, submissions, and account-based features.
We may retain limited data where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You do not acquire ownership of the Service or any Content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you download the App through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable store terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, its content, support, claims, listings, food safety information, third-party venues, or your use of the Service.

The Gluten Advisor map, venue database, listing structure, verification notes, categorization, descriptions, images, and related data are valuable assets of the Service.
You may not scrape, copy, export, reproduce, mirror, redistribute, sell, license, use, or create derivative datasets from the Service, including for a competing product, search engine, directory, map, database, AI training dataset, or commercial service, unless we give prior written permission.
Limited ordinary use of the Service by individual users is allowed. Automated extraction or systematic copying is not.
You may be able to submit User Content, including venue recommendations, corrections, reviews, photos, menu information, reports, ratings, comments, and profile images.
You are responsible for your User Content. You confirm that:
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, edit, moderate, translate, adapt, display, publish, distribute, and use the User Content for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Service.
We may remove, edit, reject, anonymize, or moderate User Content at any time, with or without notice.
Users may suggest venues, report changes, upload photos, submit menu information, or request corrections. Venue information may come from users, venue owners, public sources, official websites, social media, third-party platforms, direct communication, or our own research.
If you own or represent a listed venue and believe information is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or should be removed, contact us at radu@thegfrecipes.com. We may ask you to verify your connection to the venue before making changes.
We reserve the right to decide whether to add, edit, verify, classify, reject, suspend, or remove any listing.
The Gluten Advisor map is provided to help users discover gluten-free, coeliac-friendly, allergy-aware, or dietary-relevant places. The map and listings are for informational purposes only. Inclusion of any restaurant, bakery, hotel, product, or business on the Platform does not constitute certification, approval, or guarantee of gluten-free safety, allergen safety, or compliance.
We do not own or operate most listed venues. We cannot control their ingredients, suppliers, kitchen procedures, staff training, allergen handling, cleaning practices, menu updates, or cross-contact risks.
A listing does not guarantee that a venue is safe for every user. Menus, ingredients, suppliers, recipes, staff, equipment, and food preparation practices can change at any time without our knowledge. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated at the time of use.
You are responsible for confirming directly with the venue before ordering or consuming food, especially if you have coeliac disease, wheat allergy, gluten intolerance, food allergies, or any medical dietary requirement.
We are not liable for illness, allergic reactions, cross-contact, cross-contamination, incorrect information, venue changes, or other harm resulting from reliance on venue information or food consumed at listed locations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Inclusion of a business, restaurant, hotel, product, bakery, or other establishment on the Platform does not constitute medical certification, legal certification, official endorsement, or guarantee of gluten-free safety by The GF Recipes, Gluten Advisor, or Exponential Financial Consult S.R.L.
Listings are provided for informational purposes only and are based on available information at the time of review or publication, after contacting the venues and discussing their gluten free options with them.
Recipes, articles, guides, recommendations, and educational content are provided for general information and personal use.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but we cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, suitability, or that a recipe, product, ingredient, venue, or method is safe for your individual needs.
Always check labels, ingredients, allergen statements, and professional advice where relevant.
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content about coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, allergies, symptoms, food safety, nutrition, or diet is for informational purposes only.

The Service may include affiliate links, partner links, booking links, sponsored links, discount codes, or recommendations involving third-party products, hotels, restaurants, stores, platforms, or services.

Our commercial relationship with a third party does not mean we guarantee its products, services, food safety, allergen practices, availability, delivery, prices, or privacy practices.
